1. Conditions of Service

1.1. Eligibility
To book and use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent or guardian.

1.2. Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.

1.3. Booking Requirements
To secure an appointment, you must provide valid credit or debit card details at the time of booking. This card will not be charged unless you fail to meet our cancellation policy terms (see Section 3 below).

2. Use of Website

2.1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website.

2.2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Belle Beauty Collective or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without express written permission.

2.3. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. The Belle Beauty Collective is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites. Access them at your own risk.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost.

3.2. Card Capture
To secure all bookings, card capture is required at the time of appointment scheduling. This card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy or in the event of a no-show.

3.3. No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are subject to the full cost of the service booked, which may be charged to the card on file.

3.4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If you believe you have a valid reason for late cancellation or non-attendance, please contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, waive the cancellation fee.

4. Test Patching and Allergies

4.1. Patch Tests
For certain treatments (e.g., tinting, hair colouring, lash lifts, skin treatments), a patch test may be required at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment to assess potential allergic reactions.

4.2. Client Responsibility
While we take all reasonable precautions, it is your responsibility to inform The Belle Beauty Collective of any known allergies, sensitivities, or previous reactions to products or treatments.

4.3. Reactions and Liability
The Belle Beauty Collective is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects experienced if:

• You decline a recommended or required patch test;

• You fail to disclose relevant medical or allergy information;

• The reaction is unforeseeable despite correct procedures.

4.4. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or delay treatment if a patch test has not been completed when required. This is to ensure your safety and wellbeing.

5. Gift Vouchers

5.1. Validity
All gift vouchers issued by The Belle Beauty Collective are valid for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. The expiry date is clearly printed on each voucher.

5.2. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash in part or full. They cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.

5.3. Usage Conditions

• Vouchers can be used toward services and/or retail products at The Belle Beauty Collective, unless otherwise specified.

• Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption.

• Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers will not be reissued or honoured.

• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with certain promotions, discounts, or offers unless stated.

5.4. Partial Use
If the value of the service is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher and can be used before the expiry date. No cash or credit will be given for unused portions.

5.5. Expired Vouchers
Vouchers not used within the validity period will be forfeited. Under Australian law, we are not obligated to honour expired gift vouchers unless required by specific conditions or promotions.

6. Australian Consumer Law

6.1. Consumer Guarantees
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

6.2. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Belle Beauty Collective disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage resulting from your use of our website or services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
